Completion of MRI 1000 hour externship,competent in all areas of being an MRI Technologist. Trained on both the 1.5T GE 15X as well as 3.0T GE 750W 24.1HD.Thoroughly competent in performing all basic MRI imaging of the brain,soft tissue neck,abdomen,and extremities. I specialize in performing Breast imaging with perfusion,DWI,MRA and MRV. Assisted the Radiologist during breast biopsies. Administration of contrast agents intravenously as well as timed with a power injector. I work well with all patient types; ages ranging from very young children to geriatric patients,as well as patients needing extra care and attention throughout the entire MRI procedure. Responsible for processing all paperwork relating to the patient and study including sending images to the Radiologist by way of PACS,DICOM and CADSTREAM |
